Our own appraisal platform
Most appraisal reports are assembled by hand, which is exactly where inconsistencies enter. SIGMA-CMS captures the inspection on site in a structured form, carries that data through the analysis untouched, and checks the finished report against itself before it can be issued. The result is a valuation that is faster to produce and considerably harder to get wrong.
SIGMA-CMS is our internal instrument, not a substitute for judgement. Every value is determined and signed by the appraiser.

Structured field capture
Rooms, dimensions, materials, installations, condition and photographs are recorded on site in a fixed structure, so nothing depends on what is remembered afterwards.

Evidence-linked comparables
Every comparable and adjustment stays attached to the figure it supports, so any number in the report can be traced back to what justifies it.

Automatic consistency checks
Areas, values, methods and totals are cross-checked against each other. Contradictions are surfaced before the report leaves the office, not after.

Complete, auditable reports
The report is generated from the record itself — method, evidence, assumptions and conclusion in one document, consistent from first assignment to last.
